Property Details: This 3 bedroom house located right on the foreshore at Newhaven boasts stunning water views. There is off road parking and garage. The simple kitchen has an oven, stovetop and microwave. There are laundry facilities, dining room, lounge room with TV, DVD, VCR, CD player, couches and air conditioning. The bathroom is ensuited to the second queen bedroom and can also be accessed from an external door.

Location: This property is situated on the waterfront in the seaside village of Newhaven just as you enter Phillip Island.

Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: 1 set of Bunks (2 Singles) - Guests need to provide their own linen and towels for their stay.

Event bookings - Linen and towels are supplied for MotoGP and Superbike bookings only.

Additional Information: This property does not accept bookings for groups of young people under the age of 21 years.
